We are receiving many item inquiries from our Brazilian customers recently and we found out that Brazilian Post office announced their possible Postal Delay from June 20, 2011.

Brazil Post has informed Japan Post that there may be a considerable delay in delivery of postal items that require customs examination since the customs regulations in Brazil have recently been changed to reflect the reinforced customs examination which consequently now takes more time.
Please be informed that delivery of a portion of the postal items addressed to Brazil may take about one week longer than usual for a certain period of time.

We would like to ask all of our Brazilian Customers to be patient with our items to arrive little longer. And please use our tracking # to locate your items.
