How do I add two or more items to the cart? I wanted to add another item to the cart with an existing item already so I pressed the ‘continue shopping’ button. However, the cart deletes the existing item so essentially I am only able to add 1 item to the
It happens when someone else paid for the same last item before you. Keeping in your shopping cart does not mean you are owning it. The system prefers someone who goes first. The system does not work like the physical shopping cart at your local supermarket. If someone took your item in your shopping cart there, you can stop him or her, but in the virtual shopping cart, it does not happen and the system use the basic rule, whoever pays first, get the last item first. Unfortunately, we can not do anything about this.

Hello, I added recently activated W Driver to cart, so I guess I "own" this item already. But When I'm trying to "Proceed to checkout" it just shows error. What can I do now?
According to Prostores' Support center, most of shopping carts are made for the first customer who pays first. It means keeping the last item in a cart does not mean you own it and if someone pays before you, since they have the same last item in their cart as well, and it is theirs. Since this is the standard procedure how the system operates we can not do anything about it.
We understand this is not the system issue, but our lack of restocking ability. Since we are still small team with limited wholesale distribution lines, we need to grow more and we seek your future support as well.

How can I change my shipping choice without canceling my order? Its one of the super best decadrivers, and they are somewhat in short supply.
In our system, we can not change the shipping method once it is confirmed. All we can do is to cancel the order and reorder it again. We are to split them for each activation on Sunday 8 PM JST, and Monday 10 AM JST.
