We appreciate your quick response but that is not your invoice number, but it is your tracking number. And we do not recommend to contact us with your tracking number here on the formspring since it is a public place and anyone could see where your item is, or was.
Our invoice number is 5 digit. And you see it in on our order or shipping confirmation mail we sent to you. We use the unique number to identify you and your item. Without your invoice number or your email address, we are not able to know which order was yours.
