I have purchase a item using the EMS shipping. It has been 5 days already and I have been tracking on it. It keeps on showing the same old thing. And didn't show it arrive at my country. What's wrong with it?

There could be any postal delays anywhere even for EMS service since it is international service. Please let us know your invoice number through cstoysjapan@gmail.com so we can help you out. We can call Japan Post office to find out if the item sent out from Japan or not.
