What should I do after I see this: "We will hold your order until payment has been fully funded and processed through the PayPal website. Orders not funded are subject to cancellation"

Nothing. That is just our message to you and other customers that we do not send any items unless they sent us the fund. If you have sent the fund, no worry about this message. And if you have not, or failed to send the fund, contact us at cstoysjapan@gmail.com. Those orders without the payments are caused by the issues like Paypal, Credit cards, Bank account etc, and these will be automatically moved to our pending orders and we will send our pending notification mail.
