Do you automatically combine shipping if I make 2 separate orders at too different times within a week? Or does everything have to be ordered at once. Is there a way to postpone an order i've recently made until later this week to combine shipping. thx

We can only combine separated orders which were made on the same day. And we are doing it so manually and when we only can, since our box sizes are limited and not able to suit to every customer's different order situations.

When we actually pack your 2 different orders into one box on our packing table, the shipping fees are already paid at this point. And it is not practical for us to recalculate the shipping fees again and refund it to every customer.

Every order we have to charge our handling fee which includes the costs for registered mail, packing material and labor. If you are making 2nd order on the same day, you are paying double on those. So we encourage our customers to add items as much as they can into one order so they don't have to pay another handling fee.

However, most of our customers already know that this can not be applied to every order you make due to the limitation of our box sizes.

There is no perfect way for us or for our customers when it comes to shipping fee. We need to take what it cost us and without the costs we are not able to be at your service with our style.
