I registered, I added the items, and hit Check Out. The items are listed with the total and shipping cost. However, I couldnt find the Pay button. So, how do I pay?

It must have been your browser issue. Try using other browsers to do the same thing to see if the same thing happens. You might need to use the latest browsers as well.
