After many weeks waiting for my package I received a confirmation that my package was just returned to Japan, what can I do in that case if I still want to receive it?

We don't why the item has been returned from your local post office but we will have to wait until it reaches to our office. As soon as it gets here, we will contact you and send you our Paypal payment request for the shipping fee to send it again to your address. We will ship the returned item again to you soon after we see your shipping fee in our Paypal account.
