A message about PayPal telling, "We will hold your order until payment has been fully funded and processed through the PayPal website. Orders not funded are subject to cancellation." What does this mean and why does this show up?

It is not Paypal telling, but our system does. It means if we do not get the money, we do not ship. To check if your payment through, please visit your Paypal account and the balance since our system do not send any payment confirmation mails.
