I have 2 items in my cart of which one now says "out of stock". I was of the belief that "We will hold your order until payment has been fully funded and processed through the PayPal website" meant I would be alright to keep the item in my cart?

The out of stock item won't be counted in your invoice, and our shopping carts will be cleared after 8 hours and you can not keep the out of stock items in your cart.
