Paypal's System Maintenance has been announced.
Paypal will be performing system maintenance to improve the reliability and quality of our services starting June 17, 3:00 PM JST (June 17, 6:00 AM GMT). Please note that the maintenance start and end time:

• Maintenance Start time: June 17 3:00PM JST (June 17, 6:00 AM GMT)
• Maintenance End time: June 17 3:30PM JST (June 17, 6:30 AM GMT)

Areas impacted:
- Customers attempting to make payments will be unable to do so
- Attempts to log in to www.paypal.com will result in an error message
- PayPal APIs (including Express Checkout) will not complete and will fail with error 10001
